Standard
1. Electric eye for sanding belt tracking.
2. Control panel with push buttons.
3. Alarm bell and flash light.
4. Speed change for feeding, controlled by Inverter (VFD). *Feed speed: 3-15M/min.
5. Rubber Endless Belt.
6. Automatic device for feed belt tracking.
7. Automatic to stop a machine when sanding belt off.
8. Pressure shoes: by steel plate (hard chrome plating) with rubber roller.
Option
(1) R head: rubber roller or steel roller.
(2) S head: wire brush, abrasive nylon brush, or non-woven roller.
(3) Air jet cleaner for sanding belt. Reduce the dust on the belt and extend the liftime.
(4) Vacuum device (suction for panel).
(5) Head Engagement: Automatic engages into position when motor turns on.
