Ming Ping Machinery was established in the year 1992 and based in Taichung, Taiwan. Since then, we are committed to surface sanding machines such as wide belt sanders for woodworking industry as well as deburring machines for metalworking industry.

Our various sanding machines can meet your demands. For wood, plastic, and composite, our top sander (table fixed) is suitable for auto line operation, and top sander (table up/down) is suitable for single operation. Besides, if you have need for lacquer and veneer sanding, segmented pad sander will be your best choice. On the other hand, we combine sanding machine with planer and milling cutter which can fulfill your requirements of calibrating.
For metal industry, our deburring machine and sanding machine are your best partners to reduce work and enhance efficiency.
Ming Ping deburring machine is different from others, we design Disk brush by Planetary disc brush assembly, patented structure, increase the number of times of contact with the workpiece contour and processing efficiency.
**Disk Brush Features:
Quick release structure, easy to disassemble and install.
Match different brushes according to different needs, such as laser cutting parts, punching parts and plasma cutting, etc.
※Application：Deburring, Edge-rounding, Hair-line, Oxide-removal
※Purpose：Remove the burrs produced by laser, Punching and Plasma cutting workpieces
※Applicable materials：iron, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, galvanized sheet (including plastic film), titanium alloy, etc.
Aside from surface sanding machine, we also make feed conveyors for automation.
We have belt conveyor to connect with our sanding machines. In addition to linear conveyor, our turning conveyor is approved and trusted by our customer among logistics.
